"Superb"
Courteous staff we arrive 7a.m and checking early no issue checking was swift and we got a room with burners to cook what we enjoyed. This was highly appreciated. We ask for tissue daily and some towels too which were promptly delivered. Location is 15mins walk with kids under 9 so enough for our needs Local shops for yogurt and groceries. There was regular shuttle service to haram park every 30mins free. very useful and when we needed taxi it was 10-15SAR one way When there's a big queue the taxis are extortionate they can mention 80sar for 10sar trip so be mindful.

Room was quite big .well furnished. Staff was very nice and friendly. It's near Haram. Straight road.. I strongly recommend to stay here in family Atmosphere. May ALLAH SWT bless them more.Ameen Also for my next Trip. IN SHA ALLAH BEST REGARDS ABID MUHAMMAD GERMANY

The staff was helping and cooperative. They had a barber in the hotel which was very economical and that helped with umrah. The place was a good value for money. Bigger rooms. Had ample parking space.
